TERMS OF SALE:

When you purchase a magic effect, not only are we selling you the apparatus, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is accomplished. For that reason, we do not accept returns. If, however, you receive your item, and it has been damaged in shipping or it is defective, we will be happy to repair/replace the damaged or defective part. Due to the nature of the items we sell and the fact that they are custom built for the individual client's needs, we do not give refunds. If your item was damaged in shipping You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged/defective item.

All deadline dates for custom made illusions are approximate estimates and may be subject to change as each and every part of our illusions are fabricated by hand. We also from time to time may need to order various parts or have them fabricated outside of our facility. We always recommend that you have an alternative effect ready in the event that your order is delayed. We reserve the right to modify materials or design of illusion without prior consent. Changes in materials or design are sometimes necessary due to the availability of materials and/or design and manufacturing issues.
