This is NOT the history of the lecture.



What I'm offering is a 'ready to go' lecture, complete with everything you'll need to perform it yourself.



It's time for you to continue the HOUDINI Legacy, of the lecture, and follow in the footsteps of Houdini, some 83 years later.



This offering is for the Houdini, Oscar Teal and Frederick Eugene Powell Fraudulent Spirit Medium Expose Lecture, which contains 67 images.



After Houdini's death, the lecture was continued by both Oscar Teale and Dean Frederick Eugene Powell.



In addition to the 50 photo's Houdini used for his lecture, Teale and Powell introduced additional photo's.



One thing to remember about this lecture, it was given in the 1920s. People were a LOT more gullible back then and really wanted to believe, what they were hearing from the mediums was true and honest.



Houdini sure did!!



But, after going to one medium after another, and finding them all to be fraudulent, he wagged his expose campaign war on the whole spiritualism industry.



Of the 50 images, in Houdini's lecture, I have 42. With the added 25 photo's, what you're getting, here, is the Houdini/Teale/Powell lecture with a total of 67 photos.



The 67 35mm color slides were scanned at 2400dpi. The end result turned out to be each photo, on the CDRom, is almost a 1/2 megabyte each. A very clear and high resolution image.



As far as I know, all the information, I've presented in this offering, is correct. As in any offering, of this nature, there might be an error, but none of I'm aware of.



Even Houdini, himself, had two slides mis-marked in his lecture. So, if I've made any mistakes, I'm certainly in good company.

(1) The 3-ring binder, with a reproduction of one of the posters Houdini used to advertise his lecture, filling up almost the whole cover.



(2) The Photo CDRom, with all 67 photo's. Each numbered in the exact order as the lecture text.



(3) 5 pages, double spaced for ease in reading, of Houdini's opening speech prior to giving the lecture.



(4) 14 pages, also double spaced, consisting of the original Houdini Fraudulent Spirit Medium Lecture. Followed by detailed description of the photos added by Oscar Teale and Frederick Eugene Powell.



Ready to be presented to your intrigued audience. Photo numbers listed at paragraph beginning, so you'll know when to change the photo on the screen.



(5) Two color contact photo sheets, showing the 67 photo's. A visual "Index" you might say -and- a must, should you remove any of the 4"x6" photo prints from their sleeves. If you do, you can refer to these two "Index" sheets and make sure the photo's go back in the correct order.



(6) 67 4"x6" color photo prints. Each in its own sleeve and in the same order as the lecture text -and- photo "Index" sheet.



(7) A Xerox reproduction of the letter which lists the slides and with a typed note indicating that the hand painted colored slides were the property of Houdini.
