The Effect:
A card is selected, noted and returned to the deck. The deck is shuffled and cut, then placed on the performer's open palm. The spectator is asked to name his selection. Nothing happens. He calls out the name again and this time, as if in answer, the deck begins to move, slowly cutting itself into two portions. The upper portion is lifted away and the spectator invited to turn over the card on the top of the lower packet. Needless to say, the card cut to is the selection . - The effect is complete self contained, a simple, threadless method that is easy to work, can be made up in minutes and looks every inch a miracle. Can be worked right under the spectator's nose.
Book measures approx. 5 3/4"x8".
