This also caused me to lose the sale to another potential buyer that contacted me after seeing it was listed as sold and after taking it off the site as sold.

I'm really sorry. This happend because I haven't been informed what would be the shipping price. It was a fairly big (and expensive thing) and the shipping was twice (if not 3 times) the price of it (and I've only been notified after the purchase). I never thought the shipping would be so expensive because once, I bought a twice bigger and heavier Illusion and the price was 1/3 of what I was given for this way smaller illusion.
